can your rate be so low and still able to provide quality

We can provide quality, high reliability service at these
incredibly low prices because we deal in volumes. Our
margins are low but our volumes are high.
Do you have restrictions on what kind of sites you would
host?
Yes. We do not host sites containing adult, violent or
any other illegal content.
Can
I register for a domain name if I am not yet ready to
host a website?
Yes. You can register for the domain name and we will
"park" it for you at no charge until you are
ready for a website.
Do
I have to register a domain name with you if I just want
to use your hosting service?
No, you enter your existing domain name and check the "update
my nameservers only" box when prompted and finish processing
your order. After selecting a hosting package, you would
then go to where you now manage your domain name and change
the nameservers to:

NS2.ONESTOPWEBHOST.COM
Can
I upgrade my hosting package if I need more storage or data
transfer?
Yes.
Send us an e-mail making the request. We will then send
you an invoice for the cost difference prevailing at the
time of the request and the upgrade will be made.
If
I already have a website hosted by someone else and I would
like to switch over to your hosting service now, what do
I do?
You do the same thing as stated above. You will have to
change the nameservers from your current hosting service
to OneStopWebHost.com.
I
already have a domain name, how does it work when I want
to transfer it over to you?
It is very easy. Go to the domain name order page, type
in your existing domain name, check the "transfer domain
name" box and it will be done. A transferred domain
name will be charged at the same rate as a new domain name
registration. However, your domain name will also be extended
for another year, on top of the existing valid period you
have. For example, if your existing domain has six more
months to expiry, the expiry date will extend to 1 year
and 6 months later when it is transferred to us.
What
happens when I sign up for hosting service?
After you place your hosting order, you will receive a confirmatoin
of your order inluding an invoice. When your payment has
been processed you will receive another e-mail telling with
all the information concerning management of your site.
Usually your account will be active within 48 hours, most
of the time shorter.

Do
I have to keep track of when my domain registration and/or
hosting service is up for renewal?
To prevent a lapse of service, we will keep track of that
for you. We will send you a notice 30 days prior to expiration.
Unless you notify us of your intention to terminate at least
2 weeks prior to the due date, we will automatically renew
your account and your credit card will be debited accordingly.
Can I buy your service if I don't want
to use a credit card?
Not
a problem. Just sign up for your domain name and packages
as you normally would. Choose check/invoice as your payment
option. Once we receive your check or money order we will
activate your account or your domain name will be registered.
Note:
If you pay by money order, your account will be processed
when we receive it. However, if you pay by check, we will
have to wait until it clears before activation.
Do
you provide consultation if I need help in hosting my site?
Send us an email 24 hours a day and we will usually respond
within 8 hours.
How
do I use your website development service?
Go to the "Web Development" page and fill out
the simple questionnaire. Within 48 hours you will receive
a proposal via email. We do not only guarantee a price,
we also guarantee your satisfaction. Your site will be professionally
and custom designed. Within the scope of the proposal, we
will make changes to your site for up to 30 days after completion
at no charge.
